About Me

Taken by a lovely friend of mine while I was busy contemplating a post-breakfast drink in Ho Chi Minh City

“Now more than ever do I realize that I will never be content with a sedentary life, that I will always be haunted by thoughts of a sun-drenched elsewhere” – Isabelle Eberhardt

This quote means a lot to me. It perfectly captures what I feel on most days when I sit facing my computer; questioning myself – there has to be more to life than this? I am pretty sure that most of us feel that way at some point or another.

Thankfully, I love to travel and seek new adventures. I have had so many great experiences that I think it’s time to start sharing them. There are things that I think about when it comes to wonderful places (Musings) and special moments captured through photographs (Moments, naturally), things that make me smile (Memories) and accommodation that have left an indelible mark on me as a traveller (Magical Spaces).

Anyway, I may be stuck at a desk job on a regular day, but that doesn’t seem to stop the incurable wanderer that I am. Maybe someday, I will be able to be adventurous all on my own at all times. I look forward to that day and I hope you will join me in that journey.
